Hi WAVES friends! The destination where WAVES will gather is finally announced!! Your Official Invitation to the FIRST ANNUAL WAVES GATHERING in Chicago ~ July 22-26, 2004 is posted as link (at the top of the WAVES message board and above)! The latest information on the gathering is posted there, including hotel reservation info and email RSVP instructions if you are planning on attending. (Thanks, Stan for this wonderful link and webpage!) All WAVES are welcome to attend this first-ever global WAVES gathering, where Betty will speak throughout the weekend on her experience and more! A wonderful hotel has been selected to host our gathering and provide accomodations at a deeply discounted "WAVES"-group rate of $89.00 per room. You may now go ahead and purchase your airfare, if needed. Airfare prices are rapidly rising at all airlines due to increased fuel costs, so you may want to purchase your airfare at your earliest convenience. Some popular online airfare websites are: travelocity.com, expedia.com, cheaptickets.com, and orbitz.com ~ or you might find an air arrangement you like through one of these sites - and then check to see if the same airfare is cheaper by going directly to that airline's website. Just FYI for infrequent travelers, airfare is usually non-refundable and non-transferable, and change fees once you purchase can be upwards of $100. Note: WAVES must pay for their own travel, lodging, food and incidental expenses. ** Your email-RSVP is kindly requested by April 30th, so that the Planning Team can adequately plan for the size of our group.
