This
exciting event will include formal and informal gatherings to meet
and hear from W.A.V.E.S. Founder, Betty J. Eadie. There will be
many opportunities to socialize, meet new friends, and share our
love and experiences as WAVES volunteers. And don't forget the many
sights and sounds of wonderful Chicago!!
This event will be held at the Holiday Inn near Chicago-O'Hare Int'l
Airport. Click here for reservations information.

This event is free, though WAVES must pay for their own travel,
lodging, food and incidental expenses. |

Thursday
- 7/22
Early arrival day for those wanting an extra day to overcome
jet lag.
Friday
- 7/23
Greeting day. The WAVES Convention begins with a 7pm speaking
event with Betty J. Eadie. Betty will speak and answer questions
about her experience as detailed in "Embraced By The
Light." Tickets will be sold to the public for this
event, but WAVES receive free admittance.
Saturday
- 7/24
Noon-4pm. Special program for WAVES only. Betty will speak
about topics relevant to WAVES. Silent
Auction, click here for info.
Saturday Evening: Fun in Chicago! (At leisure)
Sunday
- 7/25
10:30am-1pm. WAVES-only Sunday program. Betty will speak.
Gathering and farewell. Afternoon at leisure and fly-out
for those who must leave early.
Monday
- 7/26
Departure (for most, hopefully).

Call the Holiday Inn Reservation Line at 1-800-465-4329.
Provide the hotel code: CHIOK and our group ID code: WAV.
This code allows you to receive the discounted room rate for WAVES
of $89.00/night per room (2 queen beds per room, non-smoking). Rooms
must be reserved by July 1 to receive this group rate. But please
reserve your room right away to ensure availability. You may
also make
a reservation online here. Click on reservations, then enter
our group code where it says "group booking code."
All reservations must be either accompanied by a first night room
deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The Holiday Inn
is currently undergoing a major renovation and will become a Crowne
Plaza Hotel by May 2004. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from
Chicago O'Hare Int'l Airport. If you are driving, we have a discounted
parking rate at the hotel of $8 per car per day. |
