NATIVE AWAKENINGS by Betty J. Eadie                      pages  1 2
After returning from my near-death experience, many things were revealed to me that were to come in the years ahead. Times and dates were given for some events, but the timing of the events seemed less important than the events themselves. One very important event and its timing, which is now, was the spiritual awakening of some of God's ancient people. Their ancient knowledge and understanding of the Creator, our Father, was preserved and kept pure in their cells.

These people are governed by God, and he directs and guides their lives. Their missions are that of teachers... shepherds... and by their love they will guide others to the path of the Father. As this was shown to me, I was aware that a majority of those selected were Native Americans. All of these unique people were hand-picked; selected by God. I was shown thousands of these valiant souls who were chosen to step forward; forsaking tradition by following their hearts. Because we have choice, in heaven as well as on earth, when we are called of God, we are considered volunteers because we chose to listen and accept his will. Many souls volunteered to do this service before coming to earth, others were called to the work as their hearts later opened to God; having experienced trials that made them open vessels to be used by him.

When coming to earth, those who chose lives other than that of the Native American, were placed in positions of strength where they would work... opening doors that would otherwise be closed to the Native Americans. Through the divine knowledge of God, some of those chosen while they were still in the spirit world, had selected some of the lowest positions on earth to learn compassion, this would help them to be of greater service in the awakening. As they were preparing for their callings, they suffered many hardships, because through hardship they could strengthen themselves and overcome their weaknesses. I watched many struggle as they shed the deceptions of the world, as their hearts were awakening to God's call.

Angels stood closely by watching. As heavenly beings, they had chose to help in the awakening as guardian angels to those who came to earth. The Angels rejoiced as they watched the progression of those selected, and they encouraged those they helped by letting them know that while the work was theirs to do, they were not alone. The angels sang songs that created energy and that energy was directed to those in their care. They also sang songs of praise to our Heavenly Father.
